Basic Cancellation Policy

Only the amount equivalent to one night stay will be charged on your credit card (or via bank transfer) in the case of late cancellation. A credit card authorization and validity control takes place prior to the arrival. 

In case of non show or last minute cancelation the full amount of the reservation will be charged.

Basic Payment Policy

A credit card guarantee is required to secure your reservation. Please note that the Hotel reserves the right to pre-authorize your credit card prior to your arrival. Pre-authorizing a credit card temporarily blocks the amount of your stay, which is released upon your check-out or used towards the final payment.

The credit card of the Reservation should be present at the time of the check in. For bank transfers the amount of the first night must be completed upon booking. Full payment must be completed on check-out (100% of stay + required extras).

In case of failure to provide payment as above, the hotel reserves the right to cancel reservation without any further obligation.

Non Refundable Payment Policy

Non-refundable rates require full prepayment at the time of booking and it is non-refundable in case of cancellation.
